Your instructor was really good. He had a great instructing persona and was able to cater to all the different capabilities of the class. Well impressed and enjoyed what could have been a boring class.

Thanks so much to Andrew for his knowledge, skills and professionalism. I have done several first Aid courses over the years and this one is top of my list. Alot of information packed into the day, I feel well prepared for an Emergency. I am currently checking Defibrillator locations so I know where they are located in an emergency, a piece of wisdom that Andrew mentioned.

Ive been going to these courses for a long time!! LOL. Your instructors , You have got, are top notch.
Often we used to get guys that couldn’t really relate to the guys in the room, They knew their stuff but its another thing to be able get the message across to a bunch of restless electricians sitting in a room. We had some good conversations around different subjects and that’s a good thing.
The first aid guy was brilliant, Very down to earth and took a lot of the Irish banter, even though they had just beaten us in the rugby. Would highly recommend and look forward to seeing them again in a couple of years.

I thought the instructor was brilliant, the way she ran the training was professional, fun and informative. She related to all the attendees and put up with our jokes and had a couple of good ones herself.

I was impressed how she supported those struggling with some of the concepts and practical requirements and also recognising if they were still struggling, then would take them into another room as though not to embarrass them and then come back and complete the tasks successfully in front of the group.
